For hotel bookings we're paid a commission by the hotel, at no extra cost to you — it never changes the rate you pay or which hotel we recommend. For bespoke itineraries we charge a clear planning fee, quoted upfront. Our advice is driven by what's right for your trip, never by who pays us most.

Bespoke itinerary design carries a planning fee, quoted upfront and tailored to the complexity of your journey. VIP hotel bookings are typically arranged at no additional cost — you pay the hotel's regular rate and simply gain the perks.

We map your cards, loyalty programmes and redemptions to your journey, so part — sometimes all — of your travel is funded by rewards you've already earned. Clear guidance, no jargon.
Honestly — yes, and we won't pretend otherwise. Loyalty programmes devalue: airlines and hotels raise award prices, drop transfer partners and attach spending conditions (India's 2026 card changes are a clear example). That's exactly why we don't treat points as a savings account. We keep track of these changes and help you redeem while the value is still there — with the right card, the right transfer partner and the right timing — so your points work for you before the next devaluation, not after it.
